Latin for Life is a fun, friendly and easy-paced Latin dance class for adults 60+ who want to stay active, meet new people and enjoy the feel-good benefits of dancing.

Enjoy a relaxed mix of Salsa, Bachata and Latin movement, with everything taught at a comfortable pace. No dance experience is needed and no partner is required — just come along, enjoy the music and move in a way that feels good for you.
